USER AGREEMENT

1. Introduction

Welcome to TryDirect's own server connector ("the Own server connector"). By accessing or using the Own server connector, you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("User Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Own server connector.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

The Own server connector is provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The use of the Own server connector is at your own risk. TryDirect does not warrant that the Own server connector will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or produce any particular results.

3. No Liability for Production Servers

Users are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using the Own server connector on their own servers, including but not limited to production servers. TryDirect expressly disclaims any liability for any loss or damage that may arise from such use, including, without limitation, data loss, downtime, or any other direct or indirect damages.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Use the Own server connector in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not use the Own server connector in any manner that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Own server connector or interfere with any other party's use of the Own server connector.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Own server connector, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Own server connector.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TryDirect be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

The use or the inability to use the Own server connector.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Statements or conduct of any third party on the Own server connector.
Any other matter relating to the Own server connector.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TryDirect, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Own server connector.

7. Modifications to the Agreement

TryDirectreserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Own server connector after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new User Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Own server connector shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Republic of Moldova.
